Cracking the Communication Code

Transmission of information is not the same as the communication of information, but too many settle for transmission. This leads to reduced trust, confusion, frustration, and, at worst, conflict among teams. While moving from transmission to communication sounds complex and difficult; there is a framework for teams that can be easily implemented, at any level of an organization.

It’s called, the communication code. It allows us to discover our blind spots when communicating and understand the tendencies of our teammates leading to greater trust, increased clarity, enhanced alignment and effective collaboration.
